Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’ve had a change of heart, Wild&Well Pet Co gladly accepts returns of unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of your original purchase date. All original tags must still be attached.

 

Please note:

A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only.

 

To begin a return, please contact our team at furryfriend@wildandwellpet.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
